We use An Post for all national deliveries.
Deliveries must be signed for so we can ensure you have received your parcel.

We also do click and collect.
Our policy lasts 14 days, if 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund only exchange or credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with labels attached and in the same condition that u received it in. Please ensure your Return is packaged appropriately so they aren’t damaged in transit.
We also require you to put proof of purchase receipt with your return. For hygiene reasons there is no return on hosiery or jewellery.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser should we suspect that the product has been used or worn. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will be happy to exchange your item for another item or size or Colour. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Please call the store to reserve a different size or item if your wish to exchange.
Please allow 2-3 days for us to process Items back through our system . Once your return is received and inspected we will then notify you by email or phone to notify you that we have received your returned item . We will Also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10-15 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). The refund will only be credited to the original method that is used for payment. We don’t refund postage costs.
Online Returns to Store:
You can return online purchases to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit only.
If you wish to have a refund it will be processed according to our online refunds policy stated above. Online purchases for refund must be posted back to back to our returns department. it will be processed according to our online returns policy stated above. We won’t be able to refund you for the goods instore, it will go through our online returns process.

If the item is marked as gift when purchased and shipped directly for you, you’ll receive a gift credit to the value of the item. Once we receive the item back a gift card will be mailed to you.
Please note that sale items can only be exchanged not refunded. You will receive store credit
